 Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The tags and packaging are intact

  • There is a genuine issue such as:

    • Wrong item received

    • Defective or damaged product

    • Size mismatch (if sizing was mentioned)


 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products bought on sale or discount

  • Custom-stitched or altered items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage by the customer

 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return:
    Email us at aarahafashion@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Pickup:
    Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (available in select locations) or guide you to ship it back.

  3. Refund or Exchange:

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we cover the return shipping.

  • In other cases, return shipping is borne by the customer.
